A guide for Company Admins
Set up a new company workspace
A practical setup order keeps employees, assignments, and reporting organized from the start.

Before you begin
Sign in with your Company Admin account. Start with one approved document and a small group of people so you can check the whole process before inviting everyone. You do not need to buy more capacity unless your planned counts exceed what your subscription includes.
When this guide helps
- The workspace is ready but has no structure
- Employee and assignment filters are empty
Follow these steps
- Open Subscription and check the included capacity for administrators, employees, departments, categories, locations, and documents. Add capacity there before trying to save more than your limit.
- Add the departments, locations, and categories your team needs. Keep the names simple so you can find the right group later.
- Open Employees to add each person with the email address they will use to sign in. Use Admin Accounts only for people who should manage the workspace. Ask each invited person to follow the invitation and finish account setup.
- Open Documents to write your first document, or start from Templates. Replace example company details and have the right person check the wording. Save your draft, then publish the approved version.
- Open Assignments and select the published version, the people who need to read it, and a due date. Check the audience before saving. An assignment email is a reminder to read a document; it does not create a second account.
- Ask one assigned person to open My Documents, read the displayed version, and acknowledge it using their own account. Never acknowledge on someone else's behalf.
- Return to the assignment and acknowledgement report. Confirm the person, document version, acknowledgement status, and recorded date. Once this works, continue with the rest of your team.
Check the result and follow up
An invitation and a document assignment do different jobs. The invitation gives a person access. The assignment tells them which published document to read. If an invitation is lost, resend it from the existing user record instead of creating another account.
If a save would exceed your capacity, the site will explain which limit needs attention. Open Subscription to add the needed capacity, then return to your work. A plan change is not complete just because the checkout window opened; confirm the updated capacity after payment.
If something goes wrong, open the Support tab to start a private ticket. Include the page name, what you tried, and the message shown. Replies are in the same ticket. Do not include passwords, verification codes, payment details, or sensitive employee records.
