Refund Policy
When subscription fees, refunds, and account credits may apply.

Except as required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement, subscription fees are non-refundable.
AcknowledgePoint does not provide refunds for unused time in a billing period, unused plan capacity, unused users, unused documents, failure to use the service, customer configuration issues, cancellation after invoice issuance, or account holds resulting from non-payment or violation of terms.
Eligible subscription decreases confirmed through AcknowledgePoint receive a prorated credit on the next invoice, calculated from confirmation through the end of the current billing period. Current access continues until renewal. These invoice credits are separate from cancellation refunds; other credits or refunds remain at AcknowledgePoint's discretion unless required by law or agreed in writing.
