Refund Policy
When subscription fees, refunds, and account credits may apply.
Except as required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement, subscription fees are non-refundable.
AcknowledgePoint does not provide refunds for unused time in a billing period, unused plan capacity, unused users, unused documents, failure to use the service, customer configuration issues, cancellation after invoice issuance, or account holds resulting from non-payment or violation of terms.
AcknowledgePoint does not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial billing periods. AcknowledgePoint may issue credits or refunds at its sole discretion.
