SOP acknowledgement software
Keep your team aligned on the right SOP version.
A new procedure only helps when the people doing the work know about it. AcknowledgePoint brings your standard operating procedures, employee assignments, and acknowledgement records into one place.

Turn a procedure update into a clear assignment
Create a draft, choose the SOP document type, and organize it with a category and owner. Review the wording with the people responsible for the process before publishing. Once the version is ready, select the employees who need to receive it and set a due date.
- Keep working drafts separate from published documents.
- Target employees by department, location, or individual.
- Review the recipient list before confirming an assignment.
Know which version each employee acknowledged
Procedures change as equipment, processes, and responsibilities change. AcknowledgePoint connects an acknowledgement to the published version that was assigned. Publishing a revision does not turn an old acknowledgement into proof that someone read the new wording.
- Retain the connection between an assignment and its document version.
- Review current assignments before distributing a revised SOP.
- Give employees a focused My Documents page for review and reference.
Follow up where attention is needed
Use pending, completed, and overdue statuses to see where the rollout stands. Narrow your view to a document, department, or location. Resend an assignment notification when someone needs the link again, and review acknowledgement history when you need a record of completion.
- See overdue work without rebuilding a spreadsheet.
- Check the assigned version and due date alongside completion status.
- Download a person's acknowledgement history when a record is needed.
In practice
Example: a revised warehouse receiving procedure
Your operations team updates the steps for checking incoming deliveries. Prepare and publish the revised SOP, review the warehouse recipients, and set a due date. Track acknowledgements during the rollout and follow up with people who are still pending. The record shows which version each person acknowledged. An acknowledgement records completion of that review step; it does not replace practical training or a skills assessment.
One place for the documents your team needs to review.
Start with your first published document, assign it to the right people, and follow acknowledgement progress.
